As part of our Marketing team youll help shape the look and feel of our brand across digital print and event platformsmaking sure every touchpoint is as impactful as the events we support.
About the Role
Were looking for a Graphic Designer whos equal parts creative visionary and detail-driven executor. Youll collaborate with teams across the company to develop engaging visuals that support marketing campaigns internal communications and branded experiences.
From concept to final file youll own the design processbringing ideas to life through digital graphics print collateral presentations signage and more. Youll also be the go-to for branded merchandise helping ensure our team looks sharp and on-brand at every event.
What Youll Do
- Design a wide range of materials including web graphics presentations signage internal comms and marketing collateral
- Translate strategic direction into high-impact visuals that align with our brand identity
- Collaborate with marketing sales and executive teams to bring ideas to life
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget
- Maintain and organize our internal library of design assets photography and video
- Coordinate and order branded merchandise uniforms and promotional items
- Support marketing campaigns special projects and company events
- Stay current on design trends and tools to keep our brand fresh and modern
What You Bring
- 3 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop Acrobat)
- Strong understanding of layout typography color theory and brand systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
- A portfolio that showcases your creativity versatility and attention to detail
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with WordPress or content management systems
- Photography and photo-editing skills
- Motion graphics or video editing experience (Premiere After Effects)
