This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process for standard and complex components including orders from distributors and key accounts. The position ensures seamless coordination from order acceptance to invoicing covering all aspects of order fulfillment logistics and customer support.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the O2C process including order fulfillment equipment and parts ordering cost monitoring warehousing shipping and invoicing.
Provide customer support throughout the order lifecycle including updates on order status and delivery timelines.
Coordinate export and import activities including documentation logistics and customs clearance.
Maintain and control supplier databases and shipping documentation.
Monitor and manage backlog and work-in-progress (WIP).
Administer customer claims and ensure timely resolution.
Execute and manage order processes via ERP systems (preferably SAP).
Maintain tight control over business parameters such as component inventory finished goods (FG) ageing analysis liquidated damages (LD) and credit follow-ups.
Adapt to high-volume periods especially during month-end closures with agility and flexibility.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering or a related field.
57 years of experience in order management logistics or customer service.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Strong understanding of O2C processes and supply chain operations.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial equipment environment is a plus.
