Job Description
Description of the role:
This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and support at Manhattan Hyundai. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs addressing inquiries and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries in person over the phone and via email.
- Coordinate vehicle service appointments and communicate with the service department to ensure timely completion.
- Advise customers on recommended services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and invoices explain details to customers and process payments.
- Maintain customer records service history and follow up on customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience in an automotive or related industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair services is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
