Your Impact
Provide administrative support for the recruitment process such as: scheduling interviews updating the applicant tracking system monitoring background checks booking travels for candidates and coordinating high volume recruitment
Provide excellent service work with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to give candidates a first-class experience
Monitor processes and suggest continuous-improvement actions for faster more accurate hiring cycles
What You Bring
Fluent English written and spoken with a professional phone manner
Ability to work 2nd shift pattern: 3 p.m. 11 p.m. (MonFri)- please apply only if this schedule suits you.
Experience in a busy corporate HR or customer-service environment (recruitment exposure is a plus)
Continuous improvement mindset and a real can-do attitude
Strong accuracy organization and multitasking skills - you thrive on high volumes and tight deadlines
Solid command of Microsoft Office and experience with learning new HR systems
A customer-focused mindset and the confidence to work both independently and in a team
