We are currently looking for :
Position: MULTIBRAND TRAINER Full Time Permanent Contract
Main duties
Within a brands network develop knowledge image and awareness in order to boost sales (sell-out) for one of the groups brands in a given area
- Provide training to point-of-sale/pharmacy and non-pharmacy staff on products related guidance and/or over-the-counter sales either face-to-face or remotely depending on the strategy defined by management
- Conduct presentations and activities aimed at the consumer
- By fostering strong professional relations motivate and encourage pharmacy teams to give product advice through coaching and implementing sales commitment strategies
- Organize and lead public relations events (training evenings workshops half/full training days etc.) either face-to-face or remotely
- Ensure regular feedback is provided from the field on Pierre Fabre products and the competition
- Work in synergy with other members of the Pierre Fabre team in charge of the area (KAM merch sales reps) to gather information/needs/issues from points of sale in the area
- Help create/adapt training materials
- Conduct presentations and activities for internal trainings
- Merchandizing activities and trade marketing implementation
- Travel time 25% per month out of Athens
Who you are
Who we are looking for
Bachelors degree in relevant sector required
Proven experience in training positions
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical organizational planning abilities
Proficiency in verbal and written English and Microsoft Office
Positive proactive and can-do attitude
