Job Description
Call Center Trainer II
Onsite - San Antonio TX
As a Call Center Trainer II you will conduct training classes for employees on the features and operation of mid to high complexity products/technology client tools and processes. You will guide groups of 5 to 30 new hires through a structured training program lasting up to 3 weeks. Your primary goal will be to ensure new employees meet performance and attendance metrics required to graduate from training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Training Sessions: Teach groups of 5 to 30 new hires in a classroom setting.
- Track Performance and Attendance: Monitor progress to ensure new hires meet performance and attendance metrics.
- Provide Coaching and Feedback: Offer ongoing feedback and coaching to help trainees achieve their goals.
- Support Nesting: Assist new hires during their transition into hands-on work in the nesting phase.
- Create Reports: Use Excel to track and report on trainees performance and attendance.
- Handle Terminations: Assist in the termination process for trainees not meeting required performance/metrics after coaching.
Additional Duties:
- Prepare coordinate and lead training sessions.
- Manage learners and provide guidance on policy and procedural application.
- Participate in train-the-trainer sessions.
- Contribute to the development of training materials including computer-based training scripts.
- Collect data and compile reports as necessary.
- Gather and apply participant feedback for continuous improvement.

- Work schedule: Monday-Friday (7:00 AM4:00 PM or 9:00 AM6:00 PM) based on business needs

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- All internals must have 6 months experience in your current role
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Trainer or Classroom Instructor
- Must have an associate degree or equivalent combination of education training or work experience considered in lieu of degree. Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background credit check and security fingerprint.
