YOUR JOB

What you do

• Independent ownership and steering of diverse company-wide strategy projects - through to operational implementation - in cooperation with the companys key stakeholders

• Leading cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders across different departments to align strategic priorities and ensure successful implementation

• Specifying strategic objectives for the coming year and breaking them down into individual areas

• Responsibility for translating strategy into actionable project plans aligning teams on timelines KPIs and delivery milestones

Carrying out and preparing well-founded market and competition analyses to identify new growth areas

• Preparation of decision papers for the management based on complex information using qualitative and quantitative methods

• Preparation and realization of workshops with senior management and C-level

YOUR SKILLS

Who you are

• Approx. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting start-up or corporate development

• Strong analytical skills combined with business judgment to derive commercially relevant insights as well as the ability to analyze data independently and derive clear conclusions and recommendations from it

• Strong structuring skills: ability to break down complex problems prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility and develop clear action plans

• Ideally basic knowledge of data analytics as well as the ability to question analyses and optimize them together with the specialist department

• Comprehensive knowledge of strategic challenges and opportunities in an recurring revenue business model (e.g. SaaS subscription or platform)

• Understanding of and interest in market and competitive trends

• Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement processes

• Ability to clearly and confidently communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders and C-level

• Experience guiding stakeholders through change balancing strategic logic with empathy and communication skill

• High level of initiative and commitment to the quality of work results as well as a structured and energetic way of working

• Innovative spirit entrepreneurial thinking and the ambition to contribute to our growth story

• Excellent English and German language skills
