Job Description

Your mission
As aSourcing & Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) you will drive strategic and operational procurement playing a key role in our digital transformation and ERP implementation. This is a great fit for a tech-savvy professional passionate about using systems data and smart tools to elevate procurement.

Your tasks include:

Sourcing & Supplier Management
  • Research new suppliers technologies and market trends.
  • Help define sourcing KPIs and implement dashboards or reports that guide supplier decisions.
  • Support the setup of scalable supplier evaluation and escalation processes.
  • Assist in negotiations and implementation of General Discount Agreements (GDAs) and supplier contracts.
  • Contribute to risk mitigation and the execution of sourcing strategies across defined spend categories.
ERP Implementation & Digital Enablement
  • Gather clean and structure supplier and procurement data for ERP rollout.
  • Actively participate in ERP module testing offering structured feedback from a procurement perspective.
  • Promote the use of the ERP system across all sourcing and procurement processes; support training and adoption.
Operational Purchasing Support
  • Create manage and oversee early-stage POs; act as a first responder for escalations in supply quality or delivery.
  • Identify inefficiencies and support small-scale automation (e.g. scripts AI tools) to streamline workflows.
Your profile
Must haves:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing purchasing or supplier management.
  • Understanding of ERP systems (ideally with implementation experience).
  • Strong project ownership and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
Nice to have:
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable working with structured data.
  • Experience with or interest in:
    • Basic scripting (e.g. Python or JavaScript) for data handling or automation.
    • Generative AI tools (e.g. Gemini ChatGPT Copilot) to speed up tasks like RFP drafting supplier research or dashboarding.
  • A Digital Native mindset - fast learner curious about tech not intimidated by new systems.
  • Experience with creating dashboards automating data cleaning or supporting digital procurement initiatives.

We are developing a technology that will enable MRI-based imaging of real-time metabolism in the body with tremendous potential for research and applications in oncology cardiology neurology and more. NVision is developing fast robust and easy-to-use hyperpolarization technology for preclinical and clinical research in our POLARIS product line. Those devices are placed close to an MRI scanner in a research or clinical environment to produce hyperpolarized contrast agents on demand in a fast fully-automated multi-step chemical process. Key steps of the process contain fluidic transport across multiple vessels and chemical mixing and separation processes in fully-reuseable or single-use disposable fluid paths. We develop our commercial products jointly with external design and manufacturing partners and the process development as well as the design and manufacturing of prototypes is done entirely in-house.
