What will I be doing

Your role will see you focus on the needs of employers in the local labour market including:

Build strong ongoing relationships with local employers to understand skill shortages recruitment needs and workforce priorities
Co-design pre-employment pathways with employers that prepare participants for specific roles industries and emerging opportunities.
Work with RTOs community organisation and industry groups to co-deliver responsive training and employment solutions
Motivate participants to actively engage in education accredited training and work preparation activities.

Who are you

Skills and experience we are looking for include:

Experience within Employment Services (highly advantageous)
Demonstrated results in supporting and coaching a high performing team
Well developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
Account management experience
Time management and IT systems capabilities

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
