The Opportunity
Volkswagen Moncton in Dieppe is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Service Administrator.
This role is primarily responsible for processing corrosion warranty claims managing prepaid maintenance plans and handling third-party extended warranty authorizations.
This position is Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities
- Submit and manage corrosion/perforation warranty claims.
- Communicate with third-party warranty companies for approvals and payments.
- Process prepaid maintenance plan coverage.
- Support service advisors with repair order updates and general admin duties.
- Maintain organized and accurate service records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Post-secondary diploma is preferred with a focus in Business Office Management Administration is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with dealership systems is considered an asset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Customer service oriented
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
