Youll be joining CIBCs Enterprise Service Management & Automation team. As a ServiceNow Platform Demand Lead youll oversee the end-to-end demand lifecycle from intake to governance approval ensuring alignment between business goals and platform capabilities. Youll act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT facilitating the evaluation prioritization and execution of new platform demands.
