Job Description
We are seeking Female Youth Workers to join our team at Lifestyle Solutions. In this role youll support young people in care to feel safe build trust and believe in their futures.

What Youll Be Doing
- Supporting young people with daily routines care and activities
- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Creating safe structured therapeutic environments
- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
- Working collaboratively on individualised care plans
What Youll Bring
- Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or related field or be eligible for an exemption
- If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander you may be eligible for an exemption
- Full Australian Drivers License First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
- Empathy resilience and a solutions-focused mindset
- Availability across a range of shifts including weekends and overnights
