What Youll Do:

As a Senior Living Sales Coordinator youll:

  • Achieve and exceed occupancy goals by building strong relationships with potential residents and their families.
  • Design and execute innovative marketing plans tailored to your communitys needs.
  • Manage CRM databases ensuring timely and meaningful follow-ups even on evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate assessments transitions and move-ins.
  • Represent Jaybird Senior Living at community events strengthening referral networks and increasing visibility.
  • Oversee the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies with high impact.

What Were Looking For:

  • Education:A degree in business marketing public relations communications or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:2-4 years senior living/healthcare in sales marketing or public relations. Experience with marketing plans and external sales is a plus. B2C or B2B sales experience beneficial.
  • Skills:Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders comfortable with new technology and applications proven relationship-building skills desire to grow career passion for helping others and a proactive attitude.
  • Requirements:Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check provide valid references and meet other pre-employment standards.
