We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to spearhead our mission-critical global initiative in Supply Chain Defects Identification. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience seller success and operational excellence requiring a leader who can navigate complex challenges with clarity and purpose. - BS or BA in computer science engineering math finance or economics
- 8 years of product management experience
- Understanding of large and complex technical architecture

- Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders including executive staff
- Experience in managing and documenting business requirement documents and roadmaps
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and iterative methodologies
- Experience with conceptualizing complex interrelated applications and system platforms as well as the ability to communicate those systems to non-technical team members and business partners
- Entrepreneurial and inventive spirit with track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments
- Relationship building skills; experience managing stakeholders and partners to drive cross functional programs
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups developers business owners and senior business leaders
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
