The Opportunity:
You will report to the Senior Director of Finance and Operations for the College of Medicine. As the Contract Analyst Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of contracts within the College of Medicine ensuring that a wide range of agreements are processed accurately efficiently and in compliance with University policies legal requirements and state regulations. Your position plays a key role in the negotiation drafting review approval and administration of contracts involving College of Medicine resources.
Serving as the primary liaison for all contract-related matters you will work closely with internal departments and central University offices includingPACSandREBO. The role requires strong collaboration and communication skills independent decision making as well as a commitment to delivering high-level customer service. In addition as the Contract Analyst Coordinator you will support procurement and financial operations generate analytical reports and drive process improvements to promote operational effectiveness and accountability.
As the incumbent you will be responsible for finalizing all contracts within the College of Medicine ensuring they are routed for signature based on the type of contracteither by the Dean or the Senior Director of Finance and Operations (for contracts up to $10000) or by the appropriate centralizedWSUoffice for review and authorization.

This is a full time (100% FTE) permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.
Monthly Salary: $4508.70 - $6763.06 Commensurate with experience and qualifications
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110 the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidates current experience education skills and abilities related to the position.

Required Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in Business Finance Public Administration or other related field and three (3) years of experience in contract administration procurement financial operations or related experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Additional Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to analyze data manage workflows and interpret policies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and experience using enterprise systems.
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior experience in higher education or public-sector administration.
Familiarity withWSUsystems and processes includingPACSREBO Workday and delegated authority guidelines.
