We are hiring a Director of Revenue Operations EMEA (f/m/d) to join our Discrete Automation Group. The role is based in Luc (France) or Bussero (Italy).

You will be responsible for developing and leading a unified revenue operations strategy across Sales Marketing and Customer Success. This includes improving processes aligning teams and using data to support smarter decisions and stronger customer experiences.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Business Intelligence
Analyze sales data customer trends and market insights to identify growth opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies. Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

Process Optimization
Streamline and standardize commercial processes to boost efficiency and support scalable growth.

Channel Strategy & Segmentation
Design segmentation models to optimize sales coverage and resource allocation. Assess partner performance and align with Sales to drive commercial outcomes.

Customer Services & Digital Sales
Lead regional Customer Services and Digital Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and strong inside sales performance aligned with commercial goals.

Commercial Systems & Tools
Improve adoption of CRM and BI tools like Salesforce to improve forecasting visibility and sales efficiency.

Pricing Strategy
Implement and manage pricing strategies that reflect market insights and customer value. Support global pricing alignment and ensure compliance across channels.

You use business insights to drive strategic direction. You work well in cross-functional teams think systemically and are comfortable making data-driven decisions. Youre a strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in fast-paced environments. You inspire alignment and are driven by creating value across the organization.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Finance Marketing Engineering or related field
  • Relevant leadership experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations or related areas
  • Strong ability to drive operational alignment across functions
  • Solid understanding of sales processes pricing customer lifecycle and channel management
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) business intelligence and revenue enablement tools
  • Strong analytical approach and ability to translate insights into actions
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of a global matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • 5 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations or associated subject areas with confirmed leadership experience.
  • MBA
  • Salesforce Expertise
