We are looking for an enthusiastic Merchant & Customer Application Leader (L2 Support) for one of our clients who are a global technology leader with strong values to create superior products and services that contribute to a better global society.
Key Responsibilities:
- L2 Support for our clients Finance Plus Services - Dealer management services Merchant application Customer application.
- Point of contact for (often technically complicated) platform related customer & dealer issues.
- Identify engineering defects based on detailed analysis ( AWS cloud watch configuration review android client.
- Operate and reconfigure customer/dealer/dashboard environments to reproduce various technical issues.
- Document and share best practices and update knowledge base for customers and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
Experience in Android mobile application development.
Basic understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Android device admin
AWS cloud experience is highly desired
Experience with Linux & MYSQL is highly desired
Ability to perform first level debugging of customer issues via AWS cloud watch logs android device logs.
Exceptional customer service skills in supporting highly complex technical issues
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a highly dynamic and changing landscape
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong troubleshooting and reasoning skills
