Key responsibilities
- Support the in-house Finance team in daily work
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business review and management reports working papers and any additional information for monthly performance review calls
- Support the team in preparing monthly accruals debtors report and outstanding payment reports for KPMG Global Services Hungary
- Work with different stakeholders to collect additional information for reporting and presentation purposes
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports like FTE reports master data maintenance and utilization reports
- Assist in budget and planning template preparation and merge information to templates
- Support and follow up on the correctness of the Cost Center of chargeable engagement codes
Requirements
- Relevant College/University studies and/or experience in Finance and Accounting
- At least additional 1 year of active student status
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Accuracy and reliability
- Problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn
- Team player
