Job Title: Junior Retail Supervisor
Job Location: (Zagreb Croatia)
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the exposure sales and stock of the Huawei brand at points of sale
- measuring performance sales results and preparing weekly reports
- working with the retail team (field travelers trainers and promoters) conducting training and education sessions and preparing materials with product information
- implementation of new displays at points of sale and setting up new stores
- close cooperation with the sales team in order to implement the marketing plan within sales channels and communication with other departments
- implementation of work processes and projects with internal and external business partners (agencies product groups).
Requirements:
- Candidates with a technical education (electrical mechanical computer science) will have a special advantage
- good knowledge of English and Croatian
- enjoy working with people in retail in the field
- interest in new technologies
- good knowledge of MS Office
- a high level of self-initiative and the ability to motivate different groups of individuals
- good organizational skills.
