About:
We are looking for Maintenance Supervisor to oversees daily maintenance operationsensuring equipment reliability safety complianceand operational hands-on leadership role is responsible for guiding the maintenance teamenforcing standardsoptimizing workflowsand supporting cross-functional collaboration to achieve maximum uptime and minimal cost.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance staff and act as a hands-on leader.
- Ensure compliance with food and human safety protocols; enforce SOPs.
- Perform and track preventive/demand maintenance.
- Keep work areas clean organized and audit-ready.
- Monitor inventory manage maintenance costs and control overtime.
- Analyze and maintain KPIs via HIPPO system.
- Oversee staffing training coaching and policy enforcement.
- Approve time-off and coordinate scheduling.
- Collaborate with other departments and perform other duties as needed.
- 5 years in maintenance and supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with maintenance systems KPIs and process improvements.
- Computer proficiency or certification.
- Bachelors in Engineering or Business.
- Bilingual.(English/Spanish)
