Full Time/Direct Hire
About:
Lead quality activities on the production floor and support the Quality Manager in managing daily quality operations ensuring compliance with company standards.
Required:
-
Associates degree or equivalent technical training
-
Minimum 1 year experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
-
Proven leadership skills and hands-on experience in a lean manufacturing setting
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
-
Basic understanding of statistics and quality specifications
-
Ability to read interpret and train others on procedures
-
Willingness to travel up to 15%
Preferred:
-
Experience in can or end manufacturing preferably in beverage packaging
-
Basic knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools
-
Familiarity with GMP ISO SQF and ISO 9000 standards
-
Undergraduate degree
-
Intermediate skills in MS Excel
