We are currently looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team.
This role is client-facing and does not include sourcing responsibilities. The recruiter acts as a recruitment process owner leading candidate interviews and client communication while partnering with a dedicated sourcer who handles the talent search.
What you will do:
Own the full recruitment cycle (excluding sourcing): screening interviewing evaluating and presenting candidates;
Act as the main point of contact for clients consult them manage expectations and provide market insights;
Collaborate closely with sourcers to align on hiring needs and profiles;
Lead candidate interviews and assess technical/cultural fit in coordination with hiring managers;
Support offer negotiation and objection handling;
Contribute to employer branding and process improvement initiatives.
What we expect from you:
1 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
Solid experience with tech positions (Middle/Senior/Lead/Architect level);
Strong account management and client communication skills;
Ability to consult clients and navigate ambiguity with a solutions-driven mindset;
Advanced organizational and time-management skills;
Experience working in cross-functional teams with sourcers and hiring managers;
English level B2 or higher;
Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS CRM LinkedIn Recruiter etc.).
