Key Responsibilities CFO Leadership Financial Strategy & IPO Management
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial strategies to support growth investment and long-term value creation.
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting forecasting reporting audit treasury and risk management.
- Drive the companys IPO readiness managing the entire listing process in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
- Champion financial discipline corporate governance and internal controls to meet market and regulatory expectations pre- and post-IPO.
- Build mentor and support a high-performing and diverse finance team promoting a culture of continuous improvement and ethical leadership.
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on financial planning business strategy investor relations and commercial decision-making.
- Represent the company with investors analysts regulatory agencies and financial partners delivering clear and compelling financial narratives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications for a Chief Financial Officer with IPO Track Record
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent finance/accounting professional accreditation.
- Extensive experience in a senior finance leadership role ideally at Board level within a high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading organisations through the IPO process with in-depth knowledge of UK and/or international capital markets.
- Fluent understanding of corporate governance financial regulations and post-IPO compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and communicate actionable insights and robust business cases.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities with proven experience partnering with boards auditors regulators and investors.
- Strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic fast-changing markets balancing detail with big-picture vision.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills supporting diversity and inclusion across the finance function.
