Youll Make a Difference By:
- Building rapport and engaging with customers via phone email and live chat.
- Championing customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and resolving enquiries effectively.
- Staying current with our products services and policies to provide expert advice.
- Collaborating with the team to identify and share best practices.
- Working collaboratively to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

New Salary from 01 April 2025 26502.36 (12.70 per hour)
Up coming Start Date: Monday 7th July
Working Hours: 40 per week
Our full opening hours are 08:00 21:00 Monday to Friday 08:30 17:00 Saturday and 09:30 18:00 Sunday (On A 5 Week Rotation)
Skelmersdale and Leyland fulltime frontline colleagues will work a 5-week rotation which will include a week of late shifts (12:30 21:00) and a full weekend.
