Job Description
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the development of scalable AI-enhanced applications across our technology portfolio. This role combines strong technical expertise in full stack development with the ability to lead engineering efforts mentor developers and contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of our platforms.
You will lead by example writing high-quality code setting engineering standards and guiding your team to deliver robust secure and innovative software solutions. The stack includes .NET React Python and SQL with a strong emphasis on AI/ML integration through technologies such as RAG LLMs and OpenAI.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
- Deep expertise in .NET (C#) backend development and React frontend frameworks.
- Strong experience with Python particularly in the context of AI/ML integration or scripting.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools including LLMs OpenAI or LangChain.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerized environments (Docker Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with vector databases RAG pipelines or semantic search solutions.
- Experience building and deploying applications using Azure AI Services Azure Search or Azure OpenAI.
- Background in microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Understanding of security performance and DevSecOps principles.
- Experience collaborating with Data Scientists and MLOps teams.
