What impact you will have
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from inception to completion. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams manage project schedules and ensure successful delivery of our engineering solutions. You will play a key role in stakeholder communication risk management and quality assurance while working in a dynamic international environment.
What youll do
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans schedules and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure timely distribution of project materials and documentation.
Shipment Tracking
- Oversee and coordinate shipment logistics.
- Provide clear and timely communication regarding shipping status and updates to relevant parties.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project status risks and issues proactively and transparently.
- Foster strong positive relationships with cross-functional teams and partners.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on deliverables and timelines.
Quality Assurance
- Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure all deliverables meet defined requirements and quality standards.
Reporting
- Track and analyze key project metrics.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
What youll need
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field from an accredited university.
- Location: In-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday.
- Language: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel internationally (Europe and Asia) up to 20% of the time.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience managing IT hardware product development datacenter development or manufacturing projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with project management tools such as Jira MS Project and MS Office Suite.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex project schedules dependencies and deliverables.
