Job Description
Location: Harrisburg PA 17101
Shift: 8 hr Variable Shift
Duration: 12-weeks contract
Weekly Pay: $2600 $2800
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Perform high-quality MRI and radiology examinations in accordance with physician orders and department protocols
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment safely and effectively
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures explaining processes and answering any questions to ensure comfort and cooperation
- Accurately document patient information and exam details in the electronic medical record
- Adhere to established radiation safety practices and infection control standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to ensure timely and accurate results
- Assist with scheduling and workflow to maintain efficiency within the department
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Active BLS certification
- ARRT or NMTCB CT certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent relevant Radiology/MRI Tech experience.
