Job Description
We are seeking a RN - Medical / Surgical for a 13-week travel/contract assignment in Utica New York. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
- Shift: 12hr Night; 6:30PM - 7AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2016 - $2160
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to assigned patients.
- Monitor record and report symptoms or changes in patients conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Follow hospital policies procedures and safety protocols.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in MS STROKE STEPDOWN and documents travel experience. EMR Exp: EPI
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- NIHSS
- License: ACTIVE NY License & ALL active RN Licenses.
Note:
- Locals accepted - local pay rate will apply for candidates residing within 75 miles.
