About:
We are Seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead fabrication and paint operations across multiple role focuses on driving safety lean manufacturing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with quality and ISO position requires close collaboration with scheduling assembly quality assurance industrial engineering and maintenance teams to optimize production flow capacity and workforce performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce safety policies with plant safety teams.
- Promote lean practices and optimize manufacturing capacity and flexibility.
- Manage Fabrication and Paint Supervisors; coordinate production with scheduling and assembly.
- Collaborate with quality assurance to meet/exceed standards and maintain ISO compliance.
- Work with Industrial Engineering to improve labor materials and workflow efficiency.
- Lead and develop teams addressing performance and providing training.
- Implement data-driven reporting and continuous process improvements.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance with Facilities to maximize uptime.
- Support equipment procurement from scope to approval.
- Bachelor s in engineering business or related field.
- 7 10 years manufacturing management experience.
- Skilled in ERP systems (JD Edwards Data Access Studio PLM a plus).
- Experience with blueprints QMS Lean Six Sigma ISO and maintenance systems.
- Proficient with quality tools and MS O365.
- Manufacturing background preferably sheet metal fabrication; paint experience a plus.
