About:
The Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM) leads the transition from prototype to production managing product changes improving processes and coordinating across teams. While not a people manager the role includes key decision-making and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Drive product transitions from prototype to production.

Improve manufacturing processes with cross-functional teams.

Track product changes in ERP and lead issue resolution.

Analyze quality data and support corrective actions.

Coordinate resources and oversee tool maintenance.

Support urgent tasks and promote safety and accountability.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor s in Engineering Business or related field.
-
5 years in manufacturing or engineering.

Strong leadership communication and Microsoft Office skills.
