Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in IT systems integration or identity and access management (IAM).
- Hands-on experience with ManageEngine ADManager Plus in a production environment.
- Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with AD and M365.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory Microsoft 365 Azure AD and user account management best practices.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration middleware tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Microsoft 365 Active Directory or IAM platforms.
- Experience with identity governance tools or platforms (e.g. Entra Okta etc.).
- Understanding of HR data structures and workflows within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
