Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP functional experts including those specializing in MM LE SD FICO PP/QM ABAP EHS CS and MDM.
- Develop and maintain the overall SAP architecture strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Provide deep expertise and leadership in at least two core SAP modules such as MM LE SD or FICO.
- Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end SAP solutions that integrate various modules and processes across the organization.
- Ensure the seamless integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications and external systems.
- Develop and enforce best practices standards and guidelines for SAP implementations and configurations.
- Lead the development and execution of data migration strategies including master data management ETL processes and cutover planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multiple SAP modules and systems without requiring additional handholding.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to continuously improve the SAP landscape.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to SAP implementations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP solutions and architecture.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP implementation and architecture with extensive experience in at least two core SAP modules such as MM LE SD or FICO.
- Proven expertise in SAP architecture and design with relevant certifications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.
- Proficiency in designing and optimizing SAP architectures to meet business requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and their integration with each other.
- Deep expertise in at least two core SAP modules (e.g. MM LE SD FICO).
- Experience in leading data migration activities including ETL processes and cutover planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and optimization for various business processes.
- Experience in integrating SAP systems with other enterprise applications and external systems.
- Ability to develop and enforce best practices standards and guidelines for SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in SAP environments.
