Job Title: SAP FICO Platinum Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead the design implementation and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge strong configuration skills and a proven track record of delivering SAP solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
Configure and customize SAP FI (GL AP AR AA) and CO (CCA PCA COPA Internal Orders) modules.
Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations upgrades and rollouts.
Integrate FICO with other SAP modules (MM SD PP HR).
Conduct system testing data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
Train end-users and create documentation (user manuals process flows).
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related field.
8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.
Strong understanding of financial processes accounting principles and controlling concepts.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
Proficiency in integration points with MM SD and other SAP modules.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
SAP FICO certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP FSCM New GL Material Ledger and Product Costing.
Knowledge of SAP RAR RE-FX or Central Finance.
Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid project methodologies.
Exposure to SAP Solution Manager Test Scripts and Change Management tools.
