Knowledge of monitoring tools like Solarwinds Autosys Control M Knowledge of batch job monitoring Proficiency in ITSM tools like SNOW knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident management Change management Problem management Request management) Understanding and maintaining SLAs Vendor & Stakeholder management knowledge of FTP concepts knowledge of Storage/backups 1. Excellent working knowledge on batch job scheduling
2. Excellent working knowledge on monitoring tools
3. Excellent working knowledge on FTP
4. Excellent working knowledge on ITSM tools like SNOW/Heat
6. Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
7. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
8. Customer Oriented and Problem-Solving attitude
9. Ability to organize and prioritize diverse workload under pressure
