Family Medicine/Clinic Permanent Role Location: Dallas TX 75246
Shift: Full-time days 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Compensation: Based on experience
Key Responsibilities: - Provide full-scope family medicine services including preventive care chronic disease management and acute illness treatment.
- Perform patient assessments order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with clinic policy and applicable regulations.
- Educate patients and families about disease prevention health maintenance and treatment options.
- Collaborate with nursing allied health professionals and support staff to ensure coordinated quality care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and comply with clinic policies and procedures.
- Refer patients to specialists as needed and coordinate follow-up care.
- Support a positive patient experience through compassionate respectful and culturally competent care.
Qualifications: - Doctorate degree (MD or DO) in Medicine.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
- DEA registration and BLS certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
