Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Summary:
Meridian Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team in High Point NC. As a CNA you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality person-centered care to residents supporting their physical and emotional well-being in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding
Take and record vital signs such as temperature blood pressure pulse and respiration
Report changes in residents health or behavior to nursing staff promptly
Provide mobility support including transferring residents using proper techniques or assistive devices
Maintain a clean safe and organized environment for residents
Support residents with social and recreational activities
Ensure resident dignity privacy and confidentiality are upheld at all times
Follow care plans and adhere to facility policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Valid North Carolina CNA certification in good standing
High school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings (preferred but not required)
