Job Summary:
We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join the care team at our partner facility in Mount Olive NC. This skilled nursing facility is dedicated to providing top-quality care and rehabilitation services to residents. As a CNA you will provide hands-on support with daily living tasks and contribute to the comfort safety and well-being of each individual in your care.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks including bathing grooming dressing and toileting
Support residents with mobility needs transfers and range-of-motion exercises
Record and report vital signs and any noticeable changes in resident condition
Provide nutritional support by assisting with meals and hydration
Maintain a clean safe and home-like environment
Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with nursing staff
Uphold resident dignity confidentiality and rights at all times
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina CNA certification
High school diploma or GED
CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred)
Compassionate reliable and team-oriented attitude
Strong communication and observation skills
