Job Description
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Pembroke Center Pembroke NC
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join the care team at Pembroke Center a trusted skilled nursing facility in Pembroke North Carolina. CNAs play a vital role in supporting residents with daily care needs while ensuring dignity respect and comfort in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily activities including bathing grooming toileting dressing and mobility

Help with feeding and monitoring dietary needs
-
Measure and record vital signs (temperature pulse blood pressure respiration)
-
Observe and report any changes in residents physical or emotional condition
-
Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
-
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
-
Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with nurses and other clinical staff
-
Ensure resident privacy and promote a positive quality of life
Requirements:

Active North Carolina CNA certification in good standing

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Current CPR certification (preferred)

Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings is a plus but not required
