Job Description

Apply as a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for an extended warranty provider for consumer electronics and home appliances and join our motivated team!
Start: 14.07.2025 Location: Berlin-Neuklln Hours per week: 20 - 40 h Employment contract: permanent
Working hours: Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 06:05 PM Saturday between 09:00 AM and 01:00 PM
Salary: 2.423 - 2.723 /month at 40h/week (Fixed salary 2.223/month Language Bonus 300/month Performance Bonus up to 200/month)
Tasks
- Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our Danish-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail
- Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently
- Review of the submitted claims for damages
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (C2-level) and English (B2-level)
- Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
- PC literacy
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Willingsness to learn and eagerness learn
- Enthusiasm for working in a modern office and using the latest technologies
- Empathetic and socially competent personality
