Purpose:
As a Client Services Manager at PDS you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology-related fulfillment processes while delivering exceptional customer care and administrative services to our team. You will leverage your independent judgment and action to perform a diverse range of administrative tasks manage customer orders accounts and agreements in various online management systems and provide essential support to the sales and management teams. An expanded role with Human resource tasks may be included if experience is shown in this area.

Salary dependent on individual qualifications. This position is a non-except hourly or exempt salary position based on experience. Current federal law requires identification and eligibility verification prior to employment. Only US citizens authorized to work in the United States may be employed. This Morristown TN based position is not a remote work position.
