RPN RN - Care Manager
A non-profit organization providing innovative housing and support to people with mild to complex mental illness is hiring a Permanent Full-Time RPN RN - Care Manager.
Here youll be an essential part of the leadership team providing resident centred care delivering mental health supports in a home-like atmosphere across community-based settings in the Greater Vancouver region BC. These services have significantly impacted the lives of adults and their families by offering safe affordable housing and supportive services that promote self-reliance and independence.
Your Role
Reporting to the Executive Director the RPN RN - Care Manager provides mental health support in a client-centered environment with 24/7 staffing. This role involves leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional person-centered care and fostering an engaging environment.
Qualifications
- Current BCCNM Registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in mental health
- Current CPR / First Aid Certification successful enhanced Criminal Record Check
- Access to a reliable vehicle with valid Class 5 drivers license
