Job Description
Our client is looking for a Cabinet Install Manager to oversee cabinet installation and carpentry crews across the Charlotte North Carolina area. This role involves managing installation teams working on cabinetry trim and crown molding projects. The schedule is Monday through Friday with some weekend work available.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Field Service Technicians and cabinet sub-contractors within a 150-mile radius of Charlotte.

Create and manage daily job installation schedules and site reviews.

Assign jobs to Field Technicians and sub-contractors and monitor schedule completion.

Track job completion and rework through Variance Reports.

Inspect cabinet installations to ensure high quality.

Provide technical guidance on safe and effective installation practices.

Communicate with customers and visit job sites as needed to resolve issues.

Hire train develop and evaluate staff ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate key operational programs (training safety cost reduction etc.).

Collaborate with Sales to ensure top-tier customer service and meet installation targets.
Experience Required:

Experience in the building materials industry and managing multiple crews over a geographical area.

MUST have hands-on carpentry trim crown molding and cabinet installation experience.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds have strong communication and basic computer skills and a customer-focused can-do attitude.

Valid driver s license and clean driving record required.

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
