Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Accounts Receivable functions at their corporate office in the Cincinnati area.
In this role you will manage budgeting forecasting and financial reporting while delivering key insights to guide business decisions. You will also oversee invoicing collections and cash flow initiatives while mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team.
Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA is a plus)

At least 5 years of relevant finance experience

Proficiency in Great Plains and Microsoft Office

Strong analytical leadership and communication skills

Daily on-site presence required (no relocation; must live within commuting distance to HQ in Cincinnati)
