Were hiring a full-time W-2 Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide K 12 school-based services for the school year. Whether youre an experienced school nurse or new to the field you ll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details
- Caseload: Multiple positions available mostly 1:1 support positions
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Hours: 37.5 40 hours/week
- Dates: August 2025 May 2026
- Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh
Responsibilities
- Manage student health records and medication administration
- Support chronic health condition management (e.g. asthma diabetes allergies)
- Coordinate with parents school staff and outside providers as needed
- Maintain documentation and comply with health-related regulations
- Participate in IEP or 504 Plan meetings when relevant
Qualifications
- Current and Unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
- Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Educational Specialist Certification in required area/field (Specialist School Nurse PK-12)
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Pediatric or school-based experience a plus
- Strong organizational communication and decision-making skills
- Compassionate and student-centered
