We re looking for driven Business Development Interns who s ready to contribute to our growth story.
Role Overview:
As a Customers and Community Intern you will play a key role in supporting our sales and customer success efforts. This is an in-office position so it s not meant for candidates who are not in Bangalore.
Working closely with our founding team you will be responsible for managing inbound client inquiries conducting market research for new industries managing our community and contributing to strategic revenue goals.
By joining our team as a Customers and Community Intern youll have the chance to play a critical role in our growth journey while learning the intricacies of building the revenue function of a startup from scratch.
Excel in this role and youll have the opportunity to join our team full-time after 6 months. If you hit the ground running and exceed our expectations we will convert you within 3 months itself.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Client Management: Respond and manage inbound client inquiries via email phone or chat ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients via cold reachouts personalized emails and scheduled meetings to expand our client base.
- Market Research & Client Targeting: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and new markets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and update the CRM database with client interactions and information.
- Presentation Creation: Develop impactful sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on sales activities performance and insights.
Who You Are:
- Self-motivated individual who s willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
- Passionate about business development with a strong interest in fintech or SaaS.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales customer service or client outreach (portfolio or relevant examples preferred).
- Basic understanding of fintech or SaaS is a plus.
