Role: Key Account Executive / Manager (Road Transportation - Full truck load)

Education: Graduate / PGDM / MBA
Experience: 1 to 6 years ( Its mandatory to have an experience working for a transport / Logistic firm)
Budget: Upto 6.5 LPA
Must have previous experience in operation & portfolio management / Client servicing
What will you do
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced organization with a vision to build a strong Logistics ecosystem. As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for being the owner of the Revenue & first point of contact for any service related concerns for key Enterprise & Corporate Clients. This role will help you to get complete understanding of how our operations work and give an insight on business development and client management .
Core Responsibilities:
-Drive Business Revenue from the accounts with complete ownership of growth
-Keep an eye out for drops in volumes any lane drops destination drop origin drop etc.
-Identify new opportunities in network
-Take complete ownership with field sales team for newly onboarded clients in baby-care phase
-Own end to end servicing of mapped clients from indent placement to timely trip closures
-Manage client escalations in terms of tracking or vehicle issues
-Conduct fortnightly reviews with the clients
-Engage with clients to ensure no de-growth in account
-Expand the wallet share from mapped clients
