Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance & Control:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for panel manufacturing.
- Inspect incoming raw materials (copper bus bars electrical components enclosures etc.) for compliance with standards.
- Conduct in-process inspections at different production stages (fabrication assembly wiring and testing).
- Perform final quality checks before dispatch to ensure panels meet design and customer specifications.
- Identify defects and coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues.
2. Testing & Compliance:
- Conduct electrical testing of panels (continuity tests insulation resistance high-voltage tests etc.).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IEC IS UL or customer-specific requirements.
- Maintain calibration records of testing equipment.
3. Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare quality inspection reports test reports and non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Maintain proper records of quality audits customer complaints and corrective actions.
- Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
4. Process Improvement & Audit:
- Identify areas for quality improvements and suggest process enhancements.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Assist in ISO certification processes and compliance with safety regulations.
5. Customer Support & Feedback:
- Address customer concerns related to product quality and provide necessary technical support.
- Coordinate with the sales & service teams for post-installation quality assessments.
