Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager to assist in planning executing and closing projects across departments such as installation product development logistics and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily coordination maintaining project timelines and ensuring smooth team communication and task .
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and scheduling project tasks milestones and resources.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Sales Tech Production QC Logistics) to track progress.
Monitor project timelines and flag delays or bottlenecks.
Maintain project documentation including checklists trackers reports and meeting minutes.
Follow up with team members and vendors for task completion.
Update project management dashboards and tools regularly.
Help prepare client handover documents and reports.
Conduct daily or weekly team sync-ups and escalate critical issues.
Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and quality standards.
Qualifications and amp; Skills:
Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Project Management or related field.
12 years experience in project coordination or operations support role.
Familiarity with tools like Excel Google Sheets Asana Trello or similar.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
Knowledge of home automation or electronics industry is a plus.
Language Requirements:
English and Hindi Mandatory
Kannada Advantageous
