At Staffiaa we offer an immersive internship experience for aspiring HR professionals who want to specialize in BFSI recruitment. As a Trainee - Recruiter you'll gain hands-on exposure to every stage of the recruitment lifecycle while working on real-time hiring mandates for banks NBFCs and financial institutions across India.
This internship is designed to prepare you for a career in talent acquisition HR consulting and BFSI executive search. You'll work directly with our experienced recruiters and industry experts developing essential HR and recruitment competencies.
You will receive comprehensive training and exposure to the following areas:
End-to-end Talent Acquisition: From job posting to candidate onboarding
Search & Selection: How to recruit managers and senior executives for BFSI clients
Job Boards & ATS: Use of Naukri LinkedIn other job portals & Applicant Tracking Systems
HR Tools & Analytics: HRIS data analysis sourcing metrics and recruitment dashboards
Candidate Engagement: Resume screening cold calling interview coordination and follow-up
Interviewing Skills: Telephonic virtual and in-person interview techniques
HR Operations: Compensation benefits job descriptions training & development support
BFSI Sector Knowledge: Basic insights into Investment Banking Wealth Management and Credit Ratings
Only those candidates can apply who:
Are available for a full-time or part-time internship (remote/hybrid opportunities)
Have excellent spoken and written English communication
Have knowledge of Advanced Excel and basic HR functions
Are currently pursuing or have completed graduation/post-graduation in any field (preference to HR/MBA/BFSI/Analytics)
3 to 6 months with flexibility based on academic schedules.
Source and screen candidates for BFSI roles using online platforms
Connect with professionals via LinkedIn Naukri and referrals
Conduct telephonic/virtual screening and schedule interviews
Maintain accurate data in ATS and internal trackers
Assist with job postings and JD drafting
Generate weekly recruitment reports using Excel and HR analytics tools
Research on BFSI sectors and hiring trends
Deliver quality profiles within set deadlines
Submit Application
Personal Interview (Lucknow-based candidates)
Virtual Interview (Laptop/Desktop only – mobile interviews not allowed)
Online Training Assignment
Conditional Offer Letter upon successful assessment
Certificate of Completion after 90 days
