As a Business Application Expert you will be responsible for driving day-to-day activities around our enterprise Veeva ecosystem. You ll work closely with Commercial Medical and Compliance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Veeva solutions manage E2E projects- timelines risks and ensure smooth configuration testing rollout and adoption of new features. Success in this role requires solid Veeva expertise hands-on project management skills strong communication and a creative mindset for solving system challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Manage E2E Veeva implementation and enhancement projects overseeing project plans schedules budgets risk mitigation and stakeholder communications to deliver solutions on time and within budget
- Design configure and implement solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including configuration guides and user manuals.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure quality and accuracy of system configurations.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
- Stay current with Veeva product updates and new features and recommend enhancements.
Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Veeva CRM implementor or administrator.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM configurations custom objects reports and dashboards.
- Experience with Veeva Vault and Veeva event Management - an advantage.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects end-to-end including timelines stakeholders risks and deliverables.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Veeva certifications (e.g. Veeva CRM Veeva Administrator Veeva Vault) .
